We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible, the item must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and unused.
• In its original condition with all tags attached.
• Free from stains, perfume, makeup, or any damage.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Simply email us at support@rush2denim.com with:

• Your Order Number
• Payment Proof
• Your Delivery Address
• A brief reason for the return or exchange 

Once we receive your request, our team will review it and process it within 48 hours.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
